Subscription and Cancellation terms

1. To subscribe to the service, you must place an order.


2. The website offers various subscription plans. The subscription plan depends on your device, the number of features available and the length of your subscription.


3. Allows you to subscribe to multiple content under the same account.


4. You must purchase a package for each target device. Unless you purchase a package that allows simultaneous use of the Services on multiple Target Devices.


5. When placing an order, you should fill in your billing information and payment method by providing your personal information.


6. After you purchase the application, your access details (login and password) will be sent to your e-mail address so that you can access your account/control centre.


7. We highly suggest that you download the private key for encryption from the Control Panel or send it to the email specified in the Subscription. Save or remember it in case you need to reset your password or restore access to your account and subscription.


8. If you lose your private key, you will not be able to reset your password You will also not be able to recover access to your account or subscription. We also cannot help you recover access (data) in this case, as we do not store and remember users' private keys.


9. You are able to subscribe to a plan with the following terms - 1, 3, 6 or 12 months of subscription. The 12-month subscription period is 366 calendar days.


10. As you know, your subscription plan allows you to log into your account on multiple devices to use the software. However, you must reinstall it from the current device to the new device. Unless you purchased a subscription plan that allows simultaneous use of the service on multiple target devices.


11. To avoid any interruptions, your chosen subscription will be automatically extended for a renewal period. The renewal period will be the same and the price will remain the same.


12. During the subscription payment period, you can purchase additional services. The price and conditions of payment depend on the selected service.


13. You understand and agree that we are not responsible for the consequences of the services provided. If the target device is damaged as a result of the services we provide. We will not assume any responsibility.


14. Subscriptions will automatically renew if you do not switch off auto-renewal 24 hours before the end of your current subscription plan. We may charge you for future subscriptions even if the software is temporarily unavailable for technical reasons. When executing a payment on the website, there is a special button for cancelling the auto-renewal. Due to the cancellation of discounts, the renewal price for the new subscription period may differ from the initial subscription price. After successful payment, we will send you a confirmation letter by e-mail stating the initial price and the renewal price. If you do not agree with the renewal price, you must cancel the automatic renewal in the control panel.


15. If you do not switch off the auto-renewal feature, you will be charged for the next subscription period at the beginning of the next subscription period. You can cancel your subscription through the Control Panel or by our support team via live chat or email. You understand and acknowledge that if you forget to disable the auto-renewal feature for a new subscription period, this will not be grounds for a refund. If you do not disable the auto-renewal feature for your order, you will be charged for the next subscription period. To cancel your subscription, please contact the support team.


16. You may not use another user's account without permission. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.


17. You are solely responsible for the activities that occur on your account and must keep your account password secure.


18. You may not share or transfer any account. You may not disclose your password to others.


19. You must notify us immediately of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account, or if you believe that your account password may have been compromised.


20. We will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account.


21. You can interact with the SpyX Service by changing your settings through your account/control panel.


22. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.


23. You agree not to use a false identity or information, or create or access an account in someone else's name.


24. If your account has been deleted by us, or if you have been banned from using the SpyX Services, you agree not to create an account or use the SpyX Services again.


25. You have the right to deactivate any of your accounts at any time. You can follow the instructions on the Site to deactivate any account registered in your name.


26. If you voluntarily terminate your account or allow it to expire, you may deactivate it at any time through the control panel on the Site. Accounts that have been terminated by us for any type of abusive behaviour (including, but not limited to, violation of these Terms of Use) may not be reactivated for any reason. Once the SpyX service is terminated or suspended, we will stop monitoring all devices on which the Software is installed. Any information you submit on the Site or in connection with your account will no longer be accessible to you.


27. If you forget your account password, you can restore access using your private encryption key.


28. We may recommend and resell third-party products (software, mobile applications, etc.). You may purchase them together with the main subscription or separately. Terms and conditions, privacy matters, licence agreements, etc. relating to the use of third-party products will be provided by the third party and can be found by you through a link on the appropriate page of the Website. You should be aware that SpyX is not responsible for third party products. Even if we recommend that you use a third-party product, you do so at your own risk. If you have any questions about third-party products, their use, installation issues, bug fixes, etc., please direct your requests to the respective vendors; SpyX will not assist you in the installation and use of these products, but you may obtain the necessary information from the respective vendors. Upon request, we will provide you with emergency contact information. For billing and other financial matters, you must contact us via email at [email protected] or online chat. When acquiring and installing third party products, you must follow the instructions you receive after payment. These instructions will appear on the website and/or be sent by email.
